God's call for sinners is to salvation from sin. the call he has for Believers is to Holiness of life. God wants all his children to be holy or perfect. Christain perfection or holiness is attainable in this life. God has promised it in his word, he has provided for it in his son Jesus Christ. 
A man needs to receive the provision of gods grace and walk in it

Ephesians 1:3-4 says Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.
Holiness of life cannot be achieved by our own effort without God's involvement, just as the sinners cannot stop his sin by his ordinary power without the grace of Jesus. God has done all that is required for the holiness of all believers.
John 17:16-17 says  They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
Jesus gave himself for our sanctification  
Ephesians 5:25-27 says Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
through sanctification experience, the believer's heart is thoroughly cleansed to enable him to live a consistently holy life. Holiness of life is possible in this world, I hear many believers with the saying holiness is not easy o... 
Psalm 51:9-10 saysHide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
so you see its possible for you to live a holy life.
Evidence of a holy life
                                            Inner Cleansing Of Your Heart From 
  1. Lust
  2. Pride
  3. Anger
  4. Malice
  5. And all Evil deeds  

live a consistent holy life before God, I urge us all to be holy for Jesus is holy.
